*Siblings will receive a 10% discount on their program fee when more than 1 child is enrolled at PCEL. 

** Part-time is considered 5 mornings a week or 3 days per week.

2016-2017 PCEL Tuition & Fee Information

All payments must be paid through Smart tuition, check, cashier’s check, or money order; NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.

A $400.00 registration fee is required the first time a 10 month Fall/Spring or 2 month Summer enrollment agreement is signed to hold a space. This registration fee is non-refundable once a family has signed an enrollment agreement. There is also a $100 application fee to have a child placed on the waitlist. The application fee will be waived if a family elects to register their child when applying.

Tuition is due on the 1st with a 7 day grace period, after which a $60 late fee should be included with the tuition payment. If a check bounces, all fees will be invoiced to your account, in addition to a fee of $25. 

Summer only students will pay a $50 program fee due at the time of registration. 

 

PCEL Co-Op Credit Information

In addition, each Family agrees to earn 6 co-op credits per month or 60 credits during the Fall/Spring contract and 12 co-op credits during the Summer contract. Unfulfilled credits will be billed at the rate of $25.00 per credit. A record of credits is kept in each classroom. Please refer to the Job Book or your child’s teacher for ideas about earning credits.
